Step 1: BEGIN - Add 60g of pancake mix to a bowl. Pour in 60ml of Almond/rice or coconut milk and mix thoroughly with a silicone spatula then let the mix sit for a minute.
Step 2: HEAT - Spray or add oil to (coconut oil is recommended) to a non-stick fry pan. Heat the pan, and once hot, reduce the heat to low then wait 20-30 seconds.
Step 3: FRY & FLIP - Spoon the pancake mixture into the pan to form 3-5 pancakes approximately 10cm in diameter. Cook the pancakes for 30-60 seconds, or use until you see bubbles begin to form, flip and repeat.
Step 4: DEVOUR - Stack and top with fresh berries, maple syrup, Macro Mike PB+, coconut ice cream, or all four!
