This mix will take less than half an hour to whip up, does not require any baking and makes the perfect snack to refuel after a workout.
These bliss balls will last in the refrigerator for 2 weeks, or in the freezer for 3 months- so you will always have healthy snacks on hand!
One mix will make approximately 10 bliss balls.
Desiccated coconut, natural almond meal, raw cacao powder, black chia seeds, LSA (linseed, sunflower, almond) meal.
1 cup of medjool dates + 2 tablespoons coconut oil or 4 tablespoons pure maple syrup + 2 tablespoons coconut oil.
