Enjoy making COLLAGEN CARAMILK Rocky Road using BeforeYouSpeak Coffee's Collagen Complex

INGREDIENTS:

• 250g Caramilk chocolate
• 150g yoghurt of choice
• 4 serves Beforeyouspeak Collagen Complex — Caramel
• 2 scoops of protein powder of choice — preferably caramel

Inclusions of choice:

• Macadamia nuts (60g)
• Marshmallows (10 medium)
• Biscuits (125g Scotch Finger)

METHOD

1. Melt down chocolate and stir through yoghurt, protein powder and Collagen Complex to combine.
2. Chop your mix-ins accordingly and stir through the mixture.
3. Pour into a lined baking tin and set in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
4. Cut into chunks and enjoy with a cuppa of your favourite BYS blend!
