How do I make a purchase?

Once you have found an item for purchase, select ‘ADD TO CART’. To review items in your shopping cart select ‘CART’ located at the top of the page. You can 'CONTINUE SHOPPING' to add more products to your cart or choose to ‘REMOVE’ items from your cart to discard items. When sure with your purchase, select ‘CHECKOUT’. From here, you will complete your 'CUSTOMER INFORMATION' then 'CONTINUE TO SHIPPING METHOD' then 'CONTINUE TO PAYMENT' to finalise your transaction.

Where are our orders shipped from?

All order are dispatched from Australia. We are located in Ballarat, Victoria.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to over 200 international countries!

We have partnered DHL to ship internationally. Please view our 'Shipping' page to view more information.

MVMNT. LMTD ships to almost all countries internationally. Please be advised that all Customs Duties and Import Taxes are the responsibility of the customer. You may be required to pay such fees prior to delivery of your order. MVMNT. LMTD are not liable for these costs.

Will I need to pay customs or import taxes?

Depending on your location there may be additional costs added by customs that will have to be paid on the receivers end. This will be due to country laws.

Keep in mind, if you are an international customer, deliveries could potentially be held up in customs, delaying your delivery. MVMNT. LMTD will not accept liability for this. We kindly ask, you please be aware of this circumstance before making your purchase.

How do I track my order?

All customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. 

How long before my delivery arrives?

Dispatch of all orders will be as soon as payment has cleared.

How do I apply my promotional, gift card or discount code?

All discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout. 

For our customer’s safety, our software does not allow us to manually apply discount codes or adjust any prices to orders once they are finalized and payment has been accepted.

Only one discount code can be applied per purchase.

Can I make a change to an order?

Once an order has been place we can not amend your order.

Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Store credits are issued with a code that will be emailed to your email address associated with the order.

Can I return an item?

At MVMNT LMTD, your satisfaction is our first priority. 

We want your shopping experience to be fun, efficient and smooth as possible... just how it should be!

Please note, MVMNT strictly have a no refund, exchange only policy.

 This is our policy and is also stated/agreed upon at checkout. 

All exchanges are promised to be made worry free!

For any returned item, MVMNT will happily provide you with a full in store Credit Note (shipping costs are non refundable). We ask you return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving. 

You are entitled to exchange providing that the product is returned to us:
  • Undamaged and in its original condition
  • Tags (if any - some brands e.g. ABS2B contain no tags) are attached
  • Item is returned within in our policy time frame
  • There are no obvious signs of the product been used, worn or washed!
Please note, MVMNT do not accept the responsibility for customer sent returns; it is advised that when shipping back to MVMNT, customers should use a trackable service and retain proof of postage.

    Do I need to pay for return shipping?

    Yes. Please be advised the customer will incur all return shipping costs. 

    If an incorrect address is provided at check-out and redirected back to MVMNT LMTD we will need to issue you a shipping invoice for re directory if you request to have the order resent.

    MVMNT LMTD can not be held accountable if returned packages should not reach us. To avoid this, please retain your proof of postage via a trackable shipping method. 

    The item I want is out of stock?

    If an item is out of stock, ‘SOLD OUT’ is displayed on the item. Please be advised that even if an item is in your shopping cart, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed processing your order and making your purchase.
