Furthermore, MVMNT are not legally obligated to refund or replace any lost, damaged, status of 'arrived' or stolen goods after they have been dispatched to courier companies used for distribution. We take special care to ensure your parcel is packed securely and sent safely from our warehouse.

MVMNT LMTD are located in Ballarat, Victoria. At checkout we offer CLICK & COLLECT. You can place your order online and collect from store! MVMNT will contact you when you order is ready for collection. Our store address is 905 La Trobe St, Delacombe, VIC, 3356

SHIPPING ADDRESS and/or RE DELIVERY FEES

Please ensure all information provided during checkout is correct. All orders will be shipped to the provided shipping address.

Please note, MVMNT LMTD is not responsible for packages delivered to mistyped or invalid addresses. However, on the account that this may happen, the customer will be notified with a verification email regarding their redirected goods. Customers will have 72 hours to respond. Failure to reply in designated time frame will automatically result in order cancellation.

Please note that should the order be unable to be delivered to or left at the delivery address, a re-delivery fee will apply.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

Via some shipping carriers you may be able to select 'authority to leave' your  goods at the delivery address even if unattended. However, please note that neither MVMNT nor the carrier will be liable for loss or theft of the goods and the goods will be left at your risk. In addition, the carrier retains the discretion not to leave the goods unattended, including where the carrier deems it to be unsafe to do so.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?

Please read descriptions as some brands as they may ship during certain time frames.

We will endeavour to offer same day dispatch on orders (excluding pre order items, items that state otherwise or during busy sale periods e.g Black Friday Sales, COVID-19) placed before 3pm (AEST)! Same day dispatch takes place on business working days only - Monday - Friday.

Please note, if you are a international guest we will dispatch your order ASAP. Please take into consideration time difference, organisation of courier picks ups etc.

Please be advised shipping does not move over the weekend and will resume the following business day, Monday.

DOMESTIC (Australian) SHIPPING

We use a variety of shipping couriers such as FastWay, Startrack and Australia Post.

Dispatch of all orders will be as soon as payment has cleared.

We provide FREE SHIPPING anywhere in Australia for orders over $100!!

FREE shipping will be sent via STANDARD post. If you would like EXPRESS shipping for your item(s), you will have the option to select at a charge at checkout.

MVMNT try and keep Australian shipping rates as cheap as possibly. Shipping is calculated by weight to ensure you are not paying for any dead weight in your package. Shipping costs within Australia are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 
  • Up to 500g - $6.95
  • 500g up to 1kg - $10.95
  • 1kg up to 3kg - $12.95
  • 3kg up to 5kg - $16.00

Express Shipping: 

  • Up to 500g - $9.50
  • 500g up to 1kg - $12.95
  • 1kg up to 3kg - $15.00
  • 3kg up to 5kg - $19.95

Express deliveries arrive usually between 1-3 business days.

Standard shipping should arrive between 7-10 business days. Delivery within Sydney and Melbourne Metro area is generally shorter with the majority of deliveries received within 2-3 business days. Please keep in mind if you live in remote or rural areas, shipping can take longer.
Expected delivery dates may vary during holiday seasons, depending on delivery volume of mail experienced through postal services.

We also ask you to keep in mind that postal services don't operate over the weekend. If an order is placed over the weekend, MVMNT will prepare your shipment then send it the next working business day. 

A notification will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. If you have not received your parcel within 10 business days from shipment, give your local Post Office a call (just to make sure it's not waiting there for collection).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

PLEASE NOTE* Orders to Brazil have been blocked due to many fraudulent cases. 

We ship to over 200 countries WORLDWIDE!

MVMNT LMTD can only ships up to 2kg internationally (due to custom rules). If you order is larger than this, please contact us so we can arrange options and give you a quote for what you would like to purchase.

We use DHL or Australia Post as our shipping partner for international orders. If you wish to know which courier service will be used - please contact us.   • Transit times quoted are estimates based on historial performance and are subject to changes without prior notice.
  • Any delay at the destination countries is beyond the control of postal services. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or held at customs may take longer.

Postal services will only deliver to PO BOX addresses and not street addresses. 

If you live in the United States, please ensure you enter your state of residence. 

Moreover, some international countries, duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the designated country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the designated country.

Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
Please be aware that international shipping expected delivery dates varies depending on the location.

MY PARCEL HASN'T ARRIVED OR IS LATE?

Firstly, please tracking your parcel via the Australia post website:

You will find your tracking information in the shipping confirmation email from when your parcel was dispatched.

If you did not receive this email please ensure you either check your junk mail or ensure you are checking the correct email - the email you provided during checkout.

If things aren’t making sense in the tracking, we will be more than happy to assist! That being said, please note, due to restrictions with Australia Post, we can’t always lodge an enquiry or get instance answers. For an enquiry to be lodged parcels must be missing for a certain amount of days (differs depending on your location).

We understand it’s not ideal, but we have to abide by Australia Post’s rules, especially at busy times of the year like Christmas and Easter.

UNFORTUNATE EVENTS

MVMNT LMTD are not responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages, during time of transit. Under all circumstances all postal services used by MVMNT LMTD are responsible for all mail pieces that undergo postal delivery.

Please note, filing a claim does not guarantee the postal service company will compensate/reimburse you for your lost/stolen goods.

QUALITY CONTROL

We invite customers to shop with complete peace of mind. All goods are quality checked before dispatch! If there happens to be the unfortunate case of a fault good, please contact MVMNT LMTD immediately in order for us to figure out a solution. 

PRE ORDERS

Pre ordered items are delivered in accordance with the advertised delivery time frames. Please note, it is the customers free choice if they wish to commit to a pre order. MVMNT can not be blamed if the pre order does not arrive during the expected time frame. However, we will try our best wherever possible to ensure your package gets you ASAP.
