Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAA's) are essential in supporting muscle recovery. They also assist in muscle function as they help stimulate protein synthesis resulting in muscle growth, as well as aid in the supply of energy to the muscle during exercise.

BCAA's are made up of three specific and essential amino acids (EAA's):

  • L-Leucine
  • L-Isoleucine
  • L-Valine
