Anabolic Protein Blend

Hydrolyzed Whey Peptides
An immediately digesting protein derived from Whey, Whey Peptides are ideal for taking post-training as they can be delivered quickly to the muscles to meet your Anabolic window.
Whey Protein Isolate
WPI is another fast-digesting protein that is typically digested within an hour of consumption again; this is perfect to have post-training to meet the Anabolic window and optimize muscle gain.
Whey Protein Concentrate
WPC has an average digestion time of around 2-4 hours; this will help to continue fuelling your muscles hours after your workout. Additionally, WPC is naturally very high in Amino Acids, which are essential for building muscle and supporting general health.
Casein & Milk Protein Isolate
The above-mentioned proteins are both very slow digesting. Casein & MPI are known for their anti-catabolic properties and will continue to deliver amino acids and bioactive peptides to your muscles many hours after your workout and even while you sleep.
Glycofast Carb Complex
Similar to the Protein blend used in Clean Mass, Max's choose to use a variety of fast and slow-digesting high-quality carbohydrates to support glycogen replenishment and muscle gain. The carbohydrates used are carefully selected to give an initial blood sugar spike after training (this will help with protein and nutrient delivery to the muscle tissue), and then a sustained release of carbohydrates to support ongoing glycogen replenishment and muscle gain. Fast Digesting Carbohydrates:
Natural Cane Sugar is used in Clean Mass to stimulate a blood sugar response directly after training, as mentioned above, this will help to drive carbohydrates and protein into the muscles and improve protein synthesis.
Medium Acting Carbohydrates:
Maltodextrin, Waxy Maize Starch, and Fruit Sugar Extract are medium digesting carbohydrates that once digested help to stabilize blood sugar levels and keep energy levels high (i.e., no sugar crash) for training and the rest of your day's activities.
Slower Absorbing Carbohydrates:
For the slowest absorbing carbohydrates Max's use Potato and Rice starches to continue feeding your body with carbs long after your workout is over, keeping your energy levels high and your metabolism anabolic.
Clean Mass Support Matrix
Clean Mass contains a specialized blend of supporting nutrients, aminos and co-factors to maximise lean muscle gain, recovery and general wellbeing. Take 1 - 2 Servers Per Day.
Add 2 - 4 scoops to a blender or shaker with 500 ml of water or milk and mix for 20 - 30 seconds until completely dispersed. Take 1 – 2 serves per day in addition to regular meals. Dosage may be adjusted up or down based on appetite and to meet training needs. (1 scoop = approx. 30g)
