IMPORTANT TIPS
Before removing tags, packaging etc. please inspect your item upon receiving. Shop with confidence that quality inspections undergo before despatch your item.If there is the unfortunate case of a fault, please email MVMNT ASAP to figure out a solution. Customers have 30 days from receiving to report any faults or the matter can not be resolved.
You are entitled to exchange providing that the product is returned to us:
- Undamaged and in its original condition (if in a slip - please return item in original packaging!)
- Not purchased on SALE - all final sale Items cannot be returned. Any Final Sale Items which are returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender (customer is responsible for return postage)
- Tags (if any - some brands e.g. ABS2B contain no tags) are attached
- No animal fur is on clothing e.g. cat & dog hair or human hair
- Item is returned within in our policy time frame
- There are no obvious signs of the product been used, worn or washed!

Absolutely no returns accepted on items returned to us with stains/makeup/tan marks etc. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by MVMNT.

Number Of Days To Return Items
Firstly, MVMNT LMTD must be contacted within 14 of your delivery date with reasons for return.
For all international orders, we grant 21 business days. If the number of days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you the option to exchange your item.
Faulty Items
All products undergo quality inspection before dispatch for faults or damage. The likelihood of receiving damaged or faulty goods is highly unlikely. We do kindly ask you review your items upon receiving.
However, if this is the case. Please contact MVMNT ASAP and we will figure out a solution!
All products purchased from MVMNT are covered by a 30 day warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear & tear, natural breakdown of colours and material through time, exposure or extensive use.
Non Returnable Goods
GENERAL
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
GIFT CARDS
*Gift Cards are non-refundable.
- Store credits are issued with a code that will be emailed to your email address associated with the order.
SUPPLEMENTS
Please note, we do not accept opened or used supplements. We do not hold responsibility if you didn't like the taste or if the product is not working for you.
CLOTHING
Please note, due to the delicacy of materials such as mesh, tulle or transparent waistbands - these products are not eligible for return/exchanges.
Sock are also an item that we can not have returned due to hygiene issues.
Please note, any Sale items can NOT be returned.
SWIMWEAR
For Safety/Hygiene purposes, please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done.

- Sender will be responsible for all return shipping costs

- Orders within Australia must be returned within 7 business days from delivery and 14 for all international orders.
Partial/Rejected Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Where products have obvious signs of use
- Products have been or have attempted to be opened
- Products is not in its original condition

Clothing
- There must be no signs of clothing been worn, washed, smell (perfumes, deodorants etc.) stains (e.g. make up) and have full tags attached.
- It must be returned in original sealed packaging which should be in its unused, seable condition
Supplements
- MVMNT have non-refundable / returns policy on all supplements
Store Credits
All returns will automatically be issued an e-store Credit Note that will allow you to easily purchase an alternative item.
Please note, if your returned item is not returned under policy rules, we will notify you via email as to why your item was rejected and eligibility for an exchange.
There is no expiry date on your in store credit and you can use at any time and it does not have to be used all at once!
Sale items
All Sale items can NOT be returned.
Only regular priced items may be refunded for an exchange, unfortunately sale items are non exchangeable.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, please notify us whom the gift (name) was purchased under. If you wish to return your goods, as long as they are in perfect condition and received we will then issue you at gift card.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Please be aware, on receiving your exchange item, depending on your on your location there may be additional costs added by customs that will have to be paid on the receivers end. This will be due to country laws.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Also be aware and prepared for any custom or import taxes you may incur due to country laws. MVMNT LMTD will not be held liable for such payments.
When consumers do not have the right to return a product - Australian Consumer Law
Consumers do not have a right to return a product if they:
- changed their mind and no longer want the product
- ordered the wrong product
- found the product cheaper elsewhere
- found a better product elsewhere
- were aware of the relevant fault before buying the product - for example, if the fault was written on the product's tag, or for online purchases, indicated in any photos or descriptions of the item online
- damaged the product by misusing it - for example, if they dropped a mobile phone in the water
- used the product for a long time and the problem is as a result of usual wear and tear.
Wear & Tear
Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal wear or aging. Damage from wear and tear will not be covered.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, MVMNT are not required to offer you a refund for sizing, fit, change of mind, or returns. For example, the consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
If you have a minor problem with a product, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement, or a store credit. When you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement, store credit, or refund. If we have misrepresented the product or provided an incorrect description, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement product, a store credit, or refund.
All returns must be received in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags and hygiene seals in tact (if applicable). Any goods or garments that have been damaged or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return.

Furthermore, MVMNT are not legally obligated to refund or replace any lost, damaged, status of 'arrived' or stolen goods after they have been dispatched to courier companies used for distribution. We take special care to ensure your parcel is packed securely and sent safely from our warehouse.

SHIPPING ADDRESS and/or RE DELIVERY FEES
Please ensure all information provided during checkout is correct. All orders will be shipped to the provided shipping address.Please note, MVMNT LMTD is not responsible for packages delivered to mistyped or invalid addresses. However, on the account that this may happen, the customer will be notified with a verification email regarding their redirected goods. Customers will have 72 hours to respond. Failure to reply in designated time frame will automatically result in order cancellation.
Please note that should the order be unable to be delivered to or left at the delivery address, a re-delivery fee will apply.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
Via some shipping carriers you may be able to select 'authority to leave' your goods at the delivery address even if unattended. However, please note that neither MVMNT nor the carrier will be liable for loss or theft of the goods and the goods will be left at your risk. Please read descriptions as some brands as they may ship during certain time frames.
We will endeavour to offer same day dispatch on orders (excluding pre order items, items that state otherwise or during busy sale periods e.g Black Friday Sales, COVID-19) placed before 3pm (AEST)! Same day dispatch takes place on business working days only - Monday - Friday.

MVMNT try and keep Australian shipping rates as cheap as possibly. Shipping is calculated by weight to ensure you are not paying for any dead weight in your package. Shipping costs within Australia are as follows:
- Up to 500g - $8.50
- 500g up to 1kg - $10.95
- 1kg up to 3kg - $12.95
- 3kg up to 5kg - $16.00
Express Shipping:
- Up to 500g - $11.00
- 500g up to 1kg - $12.95
- 1kg up to 3kg - $15.00
- 3kg up to 5kg - $19.95
Express deliveries arrive usually between 1-3 business days.
Standard shipping should arrive between 7-10 business days. Delivery within Sydney and Melbourne Metro area is generally shorter with the majority of deliveries received within 2-3 business days. Please keep in mind if you live in remote or rural areas, shipping can take longer.A notification will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. If you have not received your parcel within 10 business days from shipment, give your local Post Office a call (just to make sure it's not waiting there for collection).

We use DHL or Australia Post as our shipping partner for international orders. If you wish to know which courier service will be used - please contact us. MY PARCEL HASN'T ARRIVED OR IS LATE?

If you did not receive this email please ensure you either check your junk mail or ensure you are checking the correct email - the email you provided during checkout.
If things aren’t making sense in the tracking, we will be more than happy to assist! That being said, please note, due to restrictions with Australia Post, we can’t always lodge an enquiry or get instance answers. For an enquiry to be lodged parcels must be missing for a certain amount of days (differs depending on your location).
We understand it’s not ideal, but we have to abide by Australia Post’s rules, especially at busy times of the year like Christmas and Easter.
UNFORTUNATE EVENTS
MVMNT LMTD are not responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages, during time of transit. Under all circumstances all postal services used by MVMNT LMTD are responsible for all mail pieces that undergo postal delivery.Please note, filing a claim does not guarantee the postal service company will compensate/reimburse you for your lost/stolen goods.
